Patrick Gallagher, Director
Patrick has 20 years of experience in providing asset integrity management services to the energy sector, with a focus on maximising oil recovery safely.  Having held senior technical roles, such as Senior Inspection Engineer and Pressure Systems Responsible Engineer for major operators, he has unrivalled capabilities in overcoming challenges for a variety of late-life brownfield assets across the UK and Norway.  As Director of MInteg and co-founder, Patrick is committed to ensuring the company continues to build its formidable reputation as a market leader in inspection and integrity.
Michael Brushneen, Rope Access Technical Authority, Instructor and Assessor
Michael started his rope access career as a contractor of geotechnical works on the Isle of Skye, with little more than some climbing experience in his pocket. He then moved on to work on civil engineering projects, at around the same time as IRATA qualifications were beginning to be recognized, and quickly bagged himself his level 1 in 1996 and over the next four years went on to complete his levels 2 and 3. After gaining several years of experience as a level 3 safety supervisor, Michael decided that he could share his industry knowledge and gained his assessor’s qualification in 2008. Throughout his career, Michael has gained a vast range of experience in rope access, all across the world. He is now a highly respected trainer in the industry.
Gordon Cook, Operations Manager
Gordon started his career in inspection and testing working offshore for a leading specialist service provider and was involved in many large North Sea hook up, commissioning and construction projects.  He then took the next step in his career into project and operational management roles with Lloyds Register & Motherwell Bridge and latterly Operations Director with TRAC Oil & Gas. 
Now with the MInteg team, Gordon brings over 35 years experience in Operations and Service delivery to the Oil and Gas (offshore and onshore) and Offshore Wind Energy industries across the world. He is now Operations Manager with the aim of growing our business through best in class service delivery and developing innovative methods offering efficiencies and risk reduction. 
Billy Noble, Project Manager 
Billy brings over 15 years of experience the Oil and Gas industry to his role in the MInteg team, having worked through various roles both on and offshore over the years. Now working as Project Manager for NDT inspection scopes, Billy ensures that the safest, most efficient delivery is ensured on all projects.
Billy has worked in a variety of roles, starting with a material control , then going offshore carrying out various rope access work on an ad-hoc projects and working up to a Project Manager role, mainly managing NDT Inspection Scopes.
Rob Hepburn – Technical Authority (NDT)
Rob brings over 20 years of Non-Destructive Testing experience to his role as Technical Authority. Rob started his energy sector career at an NDT Operator and Rope Access Technician in the North Sea and held roles at Axiom, Apave and Archer, managing and supporting their NDT activities. He is the company NDT level 3 and bring expertise and technical leadership by managing compliance and developing engineering technologies. Rob is focused on delivering high quality inspection services, utilizing cutting edge equipment and industry leading systems.
